Co-Founder & Head Chef

Growing up in an Armenian household, Maria learned the art of traditional Middle Eastern cooking from her grandmother. With over 15 years of culinary experience, she brings authentic flavors and family recipes to every dish at Eatarra.

David

Co-Founder & Operations Manager

Raised on classic American comfort food and trained in his uncle's Midwest diner, David brings expertise in breakfast cuisine and restaurant operations. His passion for quality and customer service shapes the Eatarra experience.
